awareness. We have divided the country into five zones. Every zone has a group of V-Cs who will conduct dozens of workshops in their respective zones. The second challenge is lack of initiative. Leaders of educational institutes have greater responsibility towards society. They must not be nudged by others to implement educational reforms. They must take the lead. The UGC will stand by them as a pillar of support.
